I have gambled on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of money at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the game.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this tactic or beat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I lose again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years back with $750 after 20 mins using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar bet
Wager five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the first $10 wager
Bet $10
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Bet $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original $20 bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original one hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
